People are often reluctant to discuss difficult topics for fear of the consequences. Learn how to get to core issues within a conflict and find a resolution. Participants will explore the five styles of conflict management and enhance problem-solving skills. Attendees will practice effective questioning and explore the importance of open-ended questions.
