DESCRIPTION:Jen Cortes\, MS  \nWhile we know that leading from a trust and Inspire paradigm is needed for bringing out the best in ourselves\, our teams & organizations\, and others we support\, how do we actually do this within our day-to-day work? In this deeper dive of Shifting the Paradigm\, participants will explore fundamental beliefs for building their own capacity\, examine three stewardships that are paramount to being a Trust and Inspire leader\, and identify practices for embedding them within their role. Participants will also consider common barriers when making this monumental shift and strategies for addressing these challenges.
