SUMMARY:Cross-Role Community of Learners (Belonging)
DESCRIPTION:This Community will provide an opportunity to have discussions around ways to use your role for nurturing a sense of belonging within child care programs amongst staff in the workplace and within the classroom\, and with the children and families they serve. In these Community of Learners (CoL) meetings\, a bit of content may be shared by the facilitator\, when appropriate\, to ignite robust conversation\, reflection\, and leverage passion for inspiring action\, both individually and collectively as a group. These sessions run a bit longer to allow for in-depth conversations among members.
