DESCRIPTION:Paula Hartley\, BS  \n2 Hour | virtual  \nStaff come to work as “whole people” and as such\, supervisors are charged with ensuring staff feel supported in all the parts that make up the whole person\, including the body\, heart\, mind\, and spirit. In this session\, participants will explore how anxiety affects their leadership along with those they lead and explore strategies for enhancing awareness and managing anxiety in the workplace. Participants will gain valuable insights in recognizing their own anxiety as a potential superpower in the various ways anxiety can manifest itself in the workplace. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage in initial conversations with their colleagues around anxiety and leadership and how they can leverage a strength-based approach to support staff so that they can reach their highest potential.
