DESCRIPTION:QM and STAS Colleagues  \n1 Hour | virtual  \nLeadership in Action with a twist. In this session\, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a Reflective Supervision Fishbowl exercise. An ECLI Team member and a Quality Manager will engage in a reflective supervision session while their colleagues silently observe. Through observing and subsequently discussing the reflective supervision session\, participants will analyze real time conversations\, communication styles\, and examine their thoughts\, feelings and make meaning out of experiences. This process aims to facilitate meaningful discussions\, enhance self-awareness\, and strengthen participants’ reflective muscle.
