In what ways do principles such as autonomy, authenticity, and belonging show up in your life? How do you imagine them impacting your work with teachers and their work in early learning programs? As a professional providing technical assistance to infant and toddler programs, your own beliefs about these principles influence how you provide supports or technical assistance. Participants will learn tools for reflecting on their beliefs and gaining a better awareness of how they impact practice.
