The supervisor role is unique in that it requires the balancing of managing administrative tasks and processes with being a coach and leader that leads staff through trust and inspiration. This can be challenging, especially when conflicts arise. In this session, participants will learn to identify, detect and redirect high challenge situations which can derail professionalism, harm morale, and detract from safety; understanding why difficult scenarios arise; and redirecting towards positive outcomes for all.
