Jen Cortes, M.S., Project Manager & Professional Development Specialist for ECLI recently had the opportunity to meet with Constant Hine, author of the new book, Transformational Coaching for Early Childhood Educators, to discuss some thoughts Jen had in reflecting on her own work as a technical assistant and the idea of leading others through change and supporting teachers in transforming practice. In this video perspective, the importance of reflective practice for TAs/coaches and strategies within the coaching process that promote sustainable change are shared.
